Shipping Policy:
Retail/Wholesale merchandise will be shipped via USPS and is subject to USPS standards
and regulations. Knockoffbagsnmore.com makes every
effort to ship all orders within 72-96 hours of payment confirmation, Monday
through Friday, or according to availability of stock. If an item is out of
stock, you will be notified by email.
I just paid , now what!?
Once your payment is processed you will receive an email notifying you the status of your newly processed order. Your
order will then be shipped out via 2day priority mail with the United States Post Office within 72-96 hours. You will then receive another email with tracking
information for your order.
How will my order be shipped?
All retail domestic orders are shipped 2day priority thru USPS, unless otherwise requested. All international orders are shipped via express USPS. Wholesale orders will also be shipped by the same method, both domestic and internationally.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we use USPS express mail unless otherwise noted. This method will find your order to your home within 3-5 business days.

Return Policy:
Our exchange/return policy is as follows:
Exchanges for manufactured damaged items only!
Which means, if you receive an item and it is defective, or damaged then we will exchange the item for the same one.
- Exchange for an item of greater value
- Exchange for an item of lesser value
- If you wish to exchange an item for a higher price you must contact us via email at KOBNM@aol.com, to advise us which item you would like to exchange your damaged item for. You will also need to give us authorization to charge your card for the difference in the amount of the two items.
- If you wish to exchange an item that is less in value of your defective item, then again you must email us at KOBNM@aol.com to advise us of the item. Once we receive the damaged item back we will go ahead and credit your card that was used for the original purchase for the difference in the two items.
Most of our items come wrapped in plastic brand new, so it is very hard to know which items are damaged and which items are not, but it does happen unfortunately. The buyer must pay for shipping to return the damaged item to us for an exchange, and in return we will go ahead and ship out the new exchanged item at our cost.
We do not offer refunds!
All sales are final. By purchasing from us you agree to our terms. Knockoffbagsnmore.com will not
be liable for carrier delays or damage during transportation. Customers will have the option to purchase insurance on the package. We must be notified via email at KOBNM@aol.com, to inform us if you would like to have insurance on your package. There will be an extra small fee for insurance, which our company will notify you about the cost once we know how much insurance is needed.
Note: Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice.
All defects must be reported to us via email at KOBNM@aol.com within three days from the day your receive the shipment. We will not accept any claim for defect after the three day period is over or if the item has been used or damaged for any reason other than a manufacturer defect. All defective exchanged items need to be in original packaging. Which means all tags (including dust covers, locks and keys ,etc), plastic wrapping around handles, must be attached or the exchange will not be issued. We will ship the bags back or hold the bags if they do not include original pieces and wait until all items that are supposed to be present be sent to us.
